Last Day of Work Placement

I have started with Newspaper Headlines, and after that they did not gave me anything to do. At 11 am i have receive a delivery of cupcake which i have order it for the staff, to give them with thank you card that i have made it.
I started giving them the cupcake with the card at 11:30, and give it to :

• Salem Al Suwaidi - General Coordinator 
• Sami Shariff - Statistic and Marketing Officer
• Francis - Office Boy 

All those i have worked with during the six weeks..

It was a very Interesting and rewarding Work experience for  me, and before i leave Sami and Francis gave me a gifts and Also Fatma and Hind did the same.

Salem, Sultan and Omar came to my office and thanked me for the work that i have did and how useful i was, and how did i help them during the six weeks. Also Fatma asked me to gave her my CV, and Salem Section Head asked me for my email to send me recommendation letter.
And i have to give them back my Terminal Pass so they can give me work experience certificate, and that what happen at the end of my last day.

I hope If i can get the opportunity to work with them again but as a staff member not as a trainee. 

Day 26

As usual started with Newspaper Clipping and after that Sultan asked me to make some changes in the National Day portfolio template, after that my supervisor asked me to come with her to the terminal building. After that me and my supervisor organized the portfolio to submit it today.

Day 25

Started with Daily Newspaper Clipping and after that i have did the work plan for last week with may supervisor. After that i asked my supervisor to gave me the Organizational Chart for the DCA/SAA, and they don't have soft copy just hard copy in the booklet, so i have to make another.

Day 24

Starting with Daily News Clipping and sent it to the Head sections and directors. After that I have started to complete National Day Portfolio with  Sultan and made some changes with section head help and that took time and still the portfolio is nit finish yet.Tomorrow i have to organize it with Sultan to  Submit it.

Day 23

Today My supervisor was absent because her grandmother passed away, and i don't have any work to do. Started with News Clipping and after that i have done the two posters that Fatima gave me in week 2, i have done it in two formats JPEG and PDF. 

After that, i continue to do National Day Portfolio, but it didn't finish yet. After that Marketing staff had meeting to clarify about the expenses and budget of the national day. 

Day 22 and Weekly Report

Started with Newspaper Headlines and then My supervisor asked me to make UAE 41st National Day Portfolio, and after that i show her what i did. Then she told me to let the rest for Sunday because i have to do it with Sultan - Marketing Coordinator, and he was very busy on Thursday.

Day 21

Started with the daily News paper headlines after that fatima gave me CDs and told me to put each photo of each member of the Department of Civil Aviation Staff in CD. And that took time because it's all members who is working there. After that i have stick notes on each CD cover with the person name. 

Day 20

Today was almost like a free day, because Fatima was absent and i have nothing to do and other staff was busy in doing their work. As usual started with Newspapers headline and finished it in 1 hour and after that answer some calls. Then the head section did not  know how to change the PDF to JPEG format and he ask Sultan and nouf no one knows. Then he ask me if i know i told him to change it by Photoshop and it changed. 

Day 19 and Weekly Report

I have started to do the newspaper Headlines but Fatma asked me to help the staff of Customer Relation in preparing the National Day distributions for the visitors. After that there were some changes that Alia wanted to add in the presentation, so me and Mr Omer was changing in the presentation.

After that with customer relation ladies, we have join the National Day Celebration and suddenly the office boy told me that Fatma is asking for me in the office then she told me that there is small change in the presentation after that the celebration started.
